At Stay in Banarasiya, we value your plans and understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our refund policy is designed to be simple and guest-friendly.

Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:

• Full Refund: We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in time.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time are non-refundable.
• No-shows: If a guest does not arrive and has not informed us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
• Early Checkout: In case of early departure, the remaining nights are non-refundable once the stay has started.
