Terms & Conditions – Stay in Banarasiya

Welcome to Stay in Banarasiya. By booking a room and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Reservations can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message/email or advance payment, where applicable.

  • Guests must provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License).

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible based on availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

  • Full payment is required at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, property, and other guests.

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.

  • Loud music, parties, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

6. Visitors

  • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only with prior approval from management.

  • Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.

7. Safety & Liability

  • While we prioritize guest safety, Stay in Banarasiya is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Please use the lock and safety measures provided.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.

9. Right to Admission

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel a booking in case of misconduct, safety concerns, or failure to comply with these terms.
